The 2019 change to CPP has two parts: one from 2019 to 2023 and another from 2024 to 2025.
CPP Limit and Amount
The amount you get from CPP depends on when you start, how much money you make on average, and how much you put into CPP. You can check the most you can get in 2023 on the official Canadian government website.

Disability Benefits of Post-retirement | 1,306.57 dollars |

When You Can Get CPP
Most people begin getting CPP at 65. However, you can start as early as 60 or as late as 70. You have to apply before the day you want your pension to begin. Once you apply, you should hear back within 28 days.
If you start getting your pension early, you’ll get less money each month. If you wait until later, you will get more money every month. The most you can get each month is when you are 70.
If you make more than $66,600 in 2023, you will get a full year’s worth of CPP benefits, which is $3,754 in total.
CPP Payment Increase in 2023-2024
In 2024 and 2025, the CPP payments for Canadians will be higher, making up about a third of the money they earned from work since 2019. So, if you have been putting money into CPP since January 1, 2019, you might get more CPP money.
The most money you can earn and still get CPP is going up by 4% for Canadians who make more than a certain amount in 2024. In 2025, the limit for the next level is going up by 7%, and the one after that by 14%.
